This kettle incorporates cutting edge solar collection technologies to provide clean hot water quickly. Once heated, water stays hot for hours. The Vycor glass is 95% silica. It is high temperature & thermal shock resistant with a weather and scratch resistant casing. This solar kettle disinfects water for safe drinking. Other features include a dual action stand, carry handle and sturdy base. There is also a pressure release valve and screw lid. No batteries or electricity needed. Please note individual results will vary depending on location and strength of sun’s exposure. Beware, contents may be hot!
